(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County Detachment is investigating a theft following a break and enter at fast food restaurant on Main Street West in Dunnville, Haldimand County, Ontario.
On Thursday October 10, 2019 at 8:19 a.m., OPP responded to Main Street West for a report of a break and enter after a contractor noticed damage to a door at the business.
OPP investigation has determined that sometime between Wednesday October 9, 2019 at 10:45 p.m. and Thursday October 10, 2019 at 8:00 a.m., unknown(s) attended the business, forced entry and removed a cash register that contained a quantity of Canadian currency before fleeing the area.
OPP continue to investigate is asking anyone who may have noticed any suspicious persons or vehicles, or who may have any information regarding this incident to contact them at 1- 888 – 310 – 1122.
