Two businesses were broken into on Talbot Street, Cayuga, early Sunday morning.

Thieves smashed in the front entry to the IDA around 3 am and stole a a quantity of prescription medications.

The thieves are described as

Suspect #1 – male, white, 18 – 23 years old, thin build with short dark coloured hair, wearing a black jacket, grey sweat pants and work boots.

Suspect #2 – white, medium to heavy build, wearing a black jacket, black pants and dark coloured shoes.

At 9:45 a.m., OPP were called to Godfather’s Pizza on Talbot Street after an employee arrived at work to find the business had been broken into.

A quantity of Canadian currency was stolen.

The incidents may involve the same suspects.
