Haldimand OPP has charged a 27-year-old driver with drinking and driving offences after investigating a traffic complaint on Argyle Street South in Caledonia Saturday afternoon.
While speaking with the driver, police noticed signs of impairment and the driver was placed under arrest. Further investigation determined the driver was three times over the legal limit.

Charged is 27-year-old Ashley Banner of the Mississauga’s of the Credit First Nation with: Driving a motor vehicle while impaired and Driving a motor vehicle with over 80 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood.
