Haldimand OPP has charged a 38-year-old man with impaired driving after testing nearly four times above the legal limit.
Police were investigating a two vehicle collision on Argyle Street South in Caledonia, Friday morning, where a vehicle struck a stopped vehicle from behind.
A passenger of the stopped vehicle was treated at the scene by paramedics for minor injuries. Neither the driver nor the young child passenger of the stopped vehicle was injured.
Charged is 38-year-old Vikas Charles of Hamilton with: Impaired operation of a motor vehicle, and Driving a motor vehicle with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood
