A 66 year old driver from Brampton, identified as Ugo di-Fabio, has succumbed to his injuries.
He had been transported to an out of town hospital via Air Ornge Ambulance after a two vehicle head-on collision on Highway 6 in Hagersville, between First and Second Lines, on September 6.
Di-fabio was driving a beige minivan. His passenger, also from Brampton, was transported to hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
The 21-year-old driver and 23-year-old passenger of a black sedan, both from Six Nations, were transported to hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
The black sedan was travelling south bound on Highway 6 when, for unknown reasons, it crossed into the north bound lane and struck the north bound beige minivan.
