Two youths not only stole a vehicle and took it for a joy ride, but taunted the owner before dumping it nearby.
Around 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, the youths found the vehicle on Fairview Avenue West, Dunnville with the keys inside, then drove around the neighbourhood and taunted the vehicle owner before dumping the vehicle nearby and fleeing on foot in an unknown direction.
Police are reminding vehicle owners to “pocket your keys”.

OPP were on patrol in the area of Highway 6 and Haldimand Road 3, Woodhouse, Thursday evening, when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention.
The vehicle was subsequently stopped and the 21-year-old driver from Ohsweken was charged with two counts of driving while under suspension and speeding.
