A Dunnville man has been caught in the net of Hamilton Police Internet Child Exploitation Unit, which continues to relentlessly pursue offenders engaged in the online sexual exploitation of children.
Brian G. Lee, 52 of Dunnville has been charged with making child pornography available and two counts of possession of child pornography.
From January to the end of March 2021, 56 judicial orders were obtained by the unit, which included the execution of 17 warrants to search.
Seven males and one female were identified as suspects. Searches were conducted at their dwellings with assistance of Niagara Regional Police and the Ontario Provincial Police. The investigations are unrelated and remain on-going.
Others charged are:
Jeffrey David Reid, 49, of Niagara Falls and Heather Katherine Harris, 47 of Hamilton are jointly charged with Make Child Pornography x 6, and Possession of Child Pornography
Dawson Wylie-Berube, 27, of Hamilton: possession of child pornography x 2 and possession of a schedule 3 substance
Robert Lazar, 43, and Stojan Stankovic, 55, both of Hamilton: making child pornography available and possession of same x 2
Peter James McSweeney, 53, of Hamilton: possession of child pornography x2 and fail to comply with a release order x 2
Wasim Anwar Kha Niazi, 70, Hamilton: possession of child pornography
