A 39-year-old woman has been charged with impaired driving following a traffic complaint on Argyle Street South in Caledonia, Wednesday afternoon.
Haldimand OPP officers arrested the driver who tested at more than three times above the legal limit. Investigation revealed she was in violation of several other offences.
Charged is 39-year-old Jennifer Horbatuik of Caledonia with:
●  Impaired operation of a motor vehicle
●  Driving a motor vehicle with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood
●  Operate a motor vehicle while prohibited (two counts)
●  Drive while under suspension
●  Drive motor vehicle with no licence plates
●  Use validation not furnished for vehicle
The accused is to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cayuga at a later date.
