Sometime overnight Tuesday, thieves stole a black 2016 Ram pickup truck from the driveway of a residence on Concession 8, Hagersville.

If anyone has any information regarding this incident, they are being asked to contact the Haldimand County OPP Detachment at 1-888-310-1122.


Approximately 20 mailboxes were either stolen or completely destroyed at several Mississauga Road and Ojibway Road addresses on Mississauga of the New Credit First Nation.

Sometime overnight Friday vandals removed or damaged the mailboxes that were located at the end of the driveway.

“Police are looking to speak to anyone that may have information regarding these incidents,”  says Staff Sergeant Belinda Rose, Operations Manager, Haldimand County OPP.

“We need to hold these individual(s) accountable for their actions. Residents are tired of having their property vandalized or property stolen by individuals who think that this type of behaviour is acceptable.”
