DRIVER CHARGED WITH DRUG IMPAIRMENT
Haldimand County OPP has charged a 27-year-old woman with impaired driving after a single vehicle collision on Main Street North in Hagersville, late Sunday evening.
Paramedics transported the driver and a 3-year-old child passenger to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
An assessment of the driver by an OPP Drug Recognition Evaluator determined the driver was impaired by drug.
Charged is 27-year-old Megan Mildenberger of Hagersville.
OFF ROAD VEHICLE OPERATOR FACES MULTIPLE CHARGES
Haldimand OPP has charged a 21-year-old man with impaired driving and several other offences following a traffic stop of an Off Road Vehicle (ORV) on Haldimand Highway 54 in Cayuga, Saturday at 3.40 am.
