Failed to obey conditions 

Haldimand OPP has charged a 35-year-old man after investigating an assault complaint at a King Street West, Hagersville address, Friday night

A rail line employee reported an unknown man was trying to board a train when he was stopped. A physical altercation ensued and the man fled the area on foot. The male employee was not injured.

Officers patrolled the area and located the intoxicated male suspect a short distance away.

Charged with failing to comply with an undertaking is 35-year-old Ronald Belbeck of Oneida Township. He was held for a bail hearing in Provincial Court, Cayuga.

 

 

Power tools stolen 

Power tools were reported stolen from a Keith Richardson Parkway, Townsend, home sometime overnight Thursday.

The thief forced entry and stole two air compressors, a Dewalt mitre saw on a rolling stand and a Dewalt stereo, total value approximately $2,000.
