OPP Crime Units and Six Nations Police Service are looking for a suspect in the murder of 27-year old Andrew Davis of Six Nations.
24-year-old Andrew Brent Smoke of Six Nations was charged Thursday with First Degree Murder, Contrary to Section 235(1) of the Criminal Code, in the Davis homicide, and is in custody.

The Six Nations Police Service currently holds an arrest warrant for an additional suspect, 22-year-old Eric Jerome Smoke. His whereabouts are currently unknown but It is believed he will be heading towards the Hamilton area.
The suspect is described as an indigenous male, 5’11, 148 pounds, black hair, brown eyes and gold teeth. He has a “SMOKE” banner tattoo around a skull and rose on his left arm.
While the police are seeking public help in locating Smoke, they warn no attempt should be made to approach him as he is considered to be possibly armed and dangerous. If observed, members of the public should contact police by immediately dialling 9-1-1 or their nearest police authority.
