Haldimand OPP has charged two individuals with drug related offences after being called to Williamson Drive, Caledonia, Friday night for a report of a suspicious vehicle.


Police spoke with the two vehicle occupants, and observed suspicious activity. Further investigation revealed a quantity of illicit drugs as well as an ammunition round for a firearm inside the vehicle.
One of the occupants also falsely identified himself to police.


Charged is 23-year-old Carlton Clarke of Hamilton with:


 Possession of a Schedule I substance – Cocaine

Possession of a Schedule I substance – Cocaine For the Purpose of Trafficking

Obstruct Peace Officer

Fail to Comply with a Release Order (3 counts)

Fail to Comply with a Probation Order (3 counts)

Possession of a Firearm or Ammunition


Also charged is 23-year-old Hassan Fajem of Hamilton with
:


 Possession of a Schedule I substance – Cocaine

Possession of a Schedule I substance – Cocaine For the Purpose of Trafficking


Both accused are to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cayuga at a later date.
